All orders are dealt with swiftly, for none bespoke & personalised stock items we aim to send your order out within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) and endeavour to send most items within 24 hours.
All bespoke and personalised items are manufactured by us. Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch of any items that fall into this category.
Please let us know if you have a tight deadline as we may be able to prioritise your order. Faster delivery services are available at an extra cost (see below).
Note - All payments must clear before we can send your order, we will inform you if there are any delays
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.
You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK.
Our estimated delivery times are per the Royal Mail and UKMail. We cannot personally guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries
If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 15 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at email@example.com
All of our products are sent via the Royal Mail and UKMail. If you have not received your items by the expected date, please refer to your dispath email from ourselves which will contain the tracking information you need and the appropritae web link to use it.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to wait up to 15 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
Please note that in the unlikely event if an item being lost in transit, we will not be able to issue you with a refund until we have too been reimbursed by the courier used to deliver your item.
Delivery costs are determined by combined weight and size of all items you have ordered, along with the service you choose.
